In this season of new beginnings it is the good news of Christ that gives us renewed hope. Join us this Sunday as we celebrate the wondrous things God is doing in this new year.

Morning:
New every morning is your love, Great God of light,
and all day long you are working for good in the world.
Stir up in us a desire to serve you,
to live peacefully with our neighbors,
and to devote each day to your Son, our Savior,
Jesus Christ the Lord. Amen. 

Evening:
As you have made this day, O God, you also make the night.
Give light for our comfort.
Come upon us with quietness and still our souls
that we may listen for the whisper of your Spirit
and be attentive to your nearness in our dreams.
Empower us to rise again in new life to proclaim your praise,
and to show Christ to the world.
Christmas Eve Highlights!

Pancake Breakfast December 7th 8:00am to 10:00am

Come to Harris Hall on Saturday, December 7th from 8:00am to 10:00am for our monthly Community Pancake Breakfast. We will be serving some great food provided by the Calvary pancake breakfast volunteers. All are welcome to join for pancakes, sausage links, and your choice of orange juice or coffee. Price of admission is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. All proceeds are donated to local causes.
Youth Group joins Calvary Clean Up Crew
On Saturday, January 14th.

As part of their Senior Project, Wakefield student June Gardner is creating a neighborhood clean up crew. On January 14th, the youth group will be joining this project to clean the DMV. Check out her flyer for more information or e-mail familyministries@calmeth.org

Calvary UMC Children's Hospital Blood Drive
January 28th 8:30am to 2:30pm

We are hosting a Children's Hospital blood drive at the church on January 28th from 8:30 to 2:30pm.
