We hope everyone enjoyed the white Christmas and holiday festivities and are looking forward to the green new year! Also, a friendly reminder that the renewal sweepstakes is open until January 13, 2023 to win one of five $50 gift cards to some amazing businesses around town!

There's still time to renew your membership at the old 2022 prices!  Remember to check your email inboxes (or possibly your "junk folder") for your personalized invoice.

An online housing registry for essential service workers is now in operation. If you are a property owner with a suite available for long-term rent, you can post it to this portal that is open only to essential service organizations who need housing for their staff, such as teachers, doctors and RCMP.

The registry was launched in November 2022, and is the first in a series of campaigns to make more workforce housing available.

"We will continue to review the feedback and comments received at the community drop-in events for the Southern Sunshine Coast and will provide updates on the topics of most interest to communities via our community pages. 

In addition to these ongoing updates, we will be back for another drop-in session in the Spring of 2023. Date, time and location will be advertised to the community, and on the community pages."
