As the cold breath of winter bears down on us, and the holiday season winds to an end, we're warming up with a good read! If a good film is your idea of warmth and comfort, join us for our next Friday Film Series based on best picture award winning films, just in time for Award Season!
The Friends of the Library is looking back on a wonderful year of working with the community and our Library. We've chatted with you at events like National Night out & Pompton Day, and we've enjoyed sitting under the stars watching our favorite movies with a connection to Pompton Lakes. And the year wouldn't be complete without a visit from Santa at the Library! We've shared a gallery of photos featuring all the wonderful activities from The Friends in our newsletter. 110th Anniversary Pompton Lakes Library Calendar
In honor of the 110th anniversary of the opening of Pompton Lakes Library in 1912, The Friends of the Library have produced a commemorative calendar with images of the library over the years and facts about its use. Purchase your copy of this 18 month calendar (beginning in July 2022) at the Pompton Lakes Library for $10.

Reflections on the Pandemic - Now Available!
For many of us, COVID was our first experience living through a global pandemic. It affected our lives in many different ways. The Friends of the Library reached out to our community to gather together a collection of personal thoughts and experiences, now available at the Pompton Lakes Library in a limited edition published book "Reflections on the Pandemic". For a $5 donation, you can pick up your copy of this collection, only available at the Pompton Lakes Library.

Adult Coloring - at Pompton Reformed Church
1st and 3rd Fridays at 1P
Come spend a relaxing hour or two, we'll provide the materials, you provide the fun. Crossword, word search and other puzzles will also be available.

Learn to unlock the mysteries of this game that originated in Shanghai in the 1800s. Join our players for a fun, casual afternoon, learn the rules and enjoy the game.
