Create Your Vision for 2023
January 26th from 5:30 PM - 8 PM
with local artist Traci Jo Isaly

According to Oxford language dictionary, a vision board is “a collage of images and words representing a persons wishes or goals, intended to serve as inspiration or motivation."

What is the purpose of a vision board?

Vision boards are an intention brought into focus through pictures and written words, symbols or numbers. A vision board can serve as a visual image of where you want to go in specific areas of your life. They encourage you to focus on what goals you want to achieve.
When you create a physical image of what you want, it serves as a reminder of what your priorities are and can serve as a road map on how to get there.

On January 26, 2023, Traci Isaly will head up a group of Individuals who want to manifest their dreams and goals for 2023.

Each participant will create their own Vision Board.

Class-size is limited to 12 people. Suggested donation is $20. Participants should bring magazines, pens, pencils, and scissors for their own use and to share. Also, if you’d like or have water colors you want to incorporate into your vision board, bring them with you.

Poster board and glue sticks for Vision Boards will be provided.

Green Door Gallery Call For Art
Ex Libris:  Bookplate Art

A bookplate, or ex libris is a small print for pasting inside the cover of a book to express ownership. By the late 19th century bookplates had developed into a highly imaginative form of miniature art. The bookplate functions as a mark of possession; however, owners and artists consider the bookplate to be a vehicle for self-expression.

For centuries, artists including Albert Durer, Kate Greenaway, Marc Chagall, Aubrey Beardsley, M. C. Escher, and others have been commissioned to create Ex LIBRIS plates for those who treasured their books.
