I've loved following Lisa Olivera on Instagram after discovering her through the NYT piece on Instagram therapists. Her book Already Enough: a path to self-acceptance tells her own story of self-acceptance while sharing insights for others. It's a beautiful reminder that we're already enough once we learn to embrace the imperfection and messiness of life.

Listen.
Artist Lisa Congdon's last podcast of the year Episode 34: What I Learned in 2022 That Changed Everything is a beautifully honest look back at her year, and life. She explores sitting with discomfort, detaching our identities from our work, the wake-up call Covid had on her life, and the need to tune into her intution.

Watch.
While controversial amongst Paris expats, I've come to enjoy "Emily in Paris." Season 3 came out right before Christmas, and I have to say it's my favorite season yet. As always there are incredible views of Paris (this season they venture further too!), but this season gets into the realities of bureaucracy, touches on "me too," and has way more French language and culture. The representation of Emily's American boss with her giant water bottle and back to the hustle culture two weeks after giving birth was quite a statement about American culture. The show makes me want to get overly dressed up and have a fabulous night in the city!

Don't worry, I was skeptical of vision boards too! That's why I wanted to run this Vision Board workshop. Bring your old magazines or collect them from friends and neighbors. There will be time to work during the 2-hour workshop.
Click the link for a little present to you :) You can join live or watch the replay—either way you'll have access to the replay. The workshop will be for sale on my site after I run it, so sign up stat if you want to take advantage of the deal.

WYOR workshop!
Write Your Own Rules (self-paced) Workshop is now online! The best part is that you'll have lifetime access so you'll be able to rewatch it anytime as you review and update your rulebooks over time.
The workshop takes about 2.5 hours with time to work during the videos, and a break in the middle. Watch it in one sitting or spread it out over a few days. Enough of the status quo! It's time to live by your own rules!

Even if we've already crossed into 2023, keep in mind there is still time.
I've come to appreciate that in France you can't wish someone a HAPPY NEW YEAR until we're actually in the New Year, but then we have all month long to wish people HAPPY NEW YEAR. Deep breaths. There's time. We're in this for the long game.
Let things take the time they take. Create your own vision. Be open to what is ahead that you may not be able to see yet.
Here's to 2023! 🎊

P.S. If you're looking for some added support in the New Year, my next 3-mo cohort of Mapping Your Path workshop + community will open for enrollment in mid-January, and kick off the first week in February. It's a ton of FUN + you'll be connected with awesome humans around the world too. Space is limited.
