Holy Family Finals and Alumni Breakfast!
On the day before Christmas Break, 5 of our middle school students went over to Holy Family High School for their first semester math final. We currently have students taking both Honors Algebra II and Geometry with students at Holy Family. Following the final, we teamed up with Holy Family to host a breakfast gathering for our St. Therese Alumni. Here are some of the alumni who were able to join us! Did you know that Mrs. McInerny's husband, Dr. Brendan McInerny, is a St. Therese alumni and teacher at Holy Family? He is pictured on the far left next to the goofy guy in the Santa onesie :)

February Friday Night Bash: SNOW TUBING @ Elm Creek Park Reserve
In February, we will be going snow tubing at the Elm Creek Park Reserve in Maple Grove! (Address: 12400 James Deane Pkwy, Maple Grove, MN 55369) We will be there on Friday, February 3rd from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The cost is $17, but scholarships are available, and adult chaperones can tube for free!
A NOTE ABOUT CHAPERONES: We are really in need of adult chaperones to help us keep these events running smoothly and safe! If you or your middle schoolers have enjoyed FNB in the past, please consider volunteering for 1 or 2 chaperone shifts this year to keep this series possible. If we do not have enough chaperones on the Wednesday before a given event, it will be canceled. Chaperones need to be VIRTUS-certified, but email me if you haven’t completed that process, or aren’t sure. Sign-up for chaperone shifts is here.
Basketball Season Has Started! We are excited for our 3 STS Basketball teams this season! Home games are listed above if you want to come cheer them on!
A Note of Gratitude from Father Andrie! I have been doing my best to respond to Christmas cards and gifts this past week. Thank you to everyone who sent me a Christmas card this year. I am truly grateful! And thank you for the gifts! Naturally, I never expect any gifts. Please accept my profound gratitude! Thank you!
Virtue of the Month: Fortitude
St. Therese students all learn about a virtue each month through our Virtues in Practice curriculum. Each grade level also learns about saints that exemplify that virtue. This month, we are learning about Fortitude!
