Our Painting of the Month as we begin 2023 is a brilliant landscape by T.C. Steele titled “Autumn Landscape” which resides in the collection of Maier Museum of Art, Randolph College, Lynchburg, VA. This is the only Steele painting of which we are aware that is a companion piece to a poem by published award winning author LuAnne Keener-Mikenas.
