Our annual members meeting will be Thursday, January 26. The meeting will begin with food at 6:00 with the meeting starting at 6:30. Notice that these times are a little earlier than our normal meetings.
Please note that your member valid through date may be incorrect if you recently renewed. I’ve been out of the country and connectivity has been very spotty.

2023 Annual Members Meeting
In January, we'll hold our annual members meeting and elections.

Elections
Our organization has four officer positions and three board members. Officers are voted on yearly, and board members hold a three-year term.
Officer Positions:
- Treasure
- Secretary
- Vice President
- President
Board Positions**
- Jason Kopp (2020 - 2022) - On Ballot
- Malachi O`Neil (2021 - 2023)
- Danny McGinn (2022 - 2024) - On Ballot*
* Danny McGinn replaced Deb Montgomery in 2022 when she moved to KAPA. Per our by-laws, a member will be elected to fill the remaining term.
** As per our bylaws, any board member serving a three-year term may be recalled at an annual meeting. A recall petition must be signed by ten active members and delivered to any officer at least seven days prior to the annual meeting. A successful recall requires a 2/3 vote of members present at the annual meeting.
If you'd like to be considered for any of these roles, please reply to this email, and we'll put you on the list. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the meeting.

Annual Dues
Our membership runs for the calendar year, Jan 1 through December 31. Several of you have already renewed for 2023, and we greatly appreciate that. Renewing online before the annual meeting saves us an incredible amount of time!
