We will be working with a professional mediator to run the workshop and its interactive exercises to discuss ideas generated by this question: What should the organization be doing to move it forward in the next ten years?
There are several benefits to participating:
Provide an environment to brainstorm ideas on issues such as outreach and partnerships
Help prioritize goals/projects
Have the opportunity to hear from our volunteers and anyone who has an interest in preserving our local history
