HAPPY NEW YEAR!  May 2023 be your best year yet! 
We here at The State and The Bijou are planning on it being a great one!

We have held over the current films to ensure you get a chance to see them on our fantastic theater screens!  It is so much more fun to see these movies on the BIG screen with excellent sound surrounded by friends and community.  This is the way films were meant to be viewed and experienced.  Add the fantastic volunteer crew and you have an excellent outing planned!  

THE BANSHEES OF INISHERIN will be playing all this week and this weekend at The State Theatre. It’s already won 67 awards from film critics and film festivals around the world! Come to the State and find out why! You won’t be disappointed. 
 
MRS. HARRIS GOES TO PARIS will stay on for one more weekend this Fri-Sun at the Bijou. We took a vote amongst all of you as to what was your favorite film this year and Mrs. Harris “won.” So it remains on our screen at the Bijou!

THE POLAR EXPRESS will be free on Saturday January 7th to ensure everyone is able to enjoy it. Mother nature interrupted our plans on December 24th so we are giving it another run!
