Understanding WCAG 2.2: Enough Time

Some people need more time to read and understand your time-based media before they make a selection.

This guideline contains five success criteria, two of which need to be met for Level AA compliance. It involves adjusting or extending time limits on content. It also involves providing the option to pause, stop, or hide content that updates automatically.

An example of content with this affect is a slider that automatically changes slides. This can cause accessibility issues for keyboard and screen readers if they can't be paused.

Here's the WCAG 2.2 Guideline.
