Women’s Alliance on Zoom on Thursday, February 2. The business meeting will start at 10:30, the AgeWell program, including questions, will be from 11 to noon, and we will stay for sharing from noon to 12:30.
Madeline Barnes will present the next Women’s Alliance program. She will tell us about the wonderful AgeWell program at Pittsburgh’s Jewish Community Center (JCC). Madeline is the Director of Technology & Evidence-Based Programming at the JCC.
AgeWell Pittsburgh assists older adults and their caregivers in maintaining a healthy and independent life. Ms. Barnes will discuss what AgeWell offers through the JCC, including excellent exercise classes.
Other aspects of AgeWell are also implemented by Jewish Family and Community Services (JFCS, known to us through their immigrant resettlement work, with which we have helped), and by the Jewish Association on Aging. We will also briefly discuss those other services.
Who doesn’t want to Age Well? Please join us to learn what’s available to enrich our lives, and the lives of those we love!
