Wild Wild West Family Dance is coming Saturday, February 4th 5:30-7:30 pm. It is for the whole family and it is planned to be an evening fun, we hope you’ll join us.
It is our first crossover event of 2023 which means it is sponsored by both Faith Lutheran Church and our Faith Lutheran School PTL. It is a great way for you to meet families from our school and church.
There are three ways you can participate.
1) provide a snack for the event. This Sunday, before or after worship, pull off the glass wall (between the lobby and the sanctuary), a cactus or cowboy boot and purchase the item and return to the church by February 4th.
2) Come to the Wild Wild West Family Dance. Come to the event even if you don’t like to dance, it’s gonna be fun.
3) Invite someone to come with you. You just never know when an invitation to an evening of fun might open the door to connect someone to Jesus.

High Schoolers, Please join us for our first high school youth event of the year on Sunday, February 5th from 6-8 pm. The Youth Room and Gym will be open for games and food. We will also talk about your ideas for a new youth group name and events that you would like to see throughout the year! We hope to see you there!

Even though the NFL season is coming to an end, Faith Lutheran Middle School Flag Football is just beginning. Coach Shea a Flag Football Coach. Flag Football is played 7v7 and (Co-ed). Phil's Friends will be the recipient of the
2022-2023 Hearts for Jesus offerings.
The mission of Phil's Friends is to introduce and strengthen relationships with Christ by providing faith-based practical, emotional, and spiritual support.
Phil's Friends provides Christ-centered practical, emotional, and spiritual support to those affected by cancer through care packages, prayer, and ongoing encouragement. So far in 2022 they have supported over 3,000 cancer patients and families through prayer and care packages. In addition, they have sent over 30,000 Cards of Hope.
On average they send out 90-120 care packages each week and close to 5,000 Cards of Hope each month. So far in 2022, they have supported over 3,000 cancer patients and families through prayer and care packages.
Care Packages - the care packages are filled with useful and comforting items. If you or someone you care for has been diagnosed with cancer, please visit philsfriends.org and request a no-cost care package.
Cards of Hope - individual receive ongoing support and encouragement from our Cards of Hope program, reminding them for an entire year that they are not alone on their cancer journey.
Faith's Food Pantry
The pantry is hitting the floor running in the New Year. We are hoping to make 200 bags for delivery to Brumby on January 31st. Brumby served 307 families at the weekly food distribution this past Tuesday.
The below are advertised grocery prices for Kroger, Publix, and Walmart. The sales ads run from January 25th through January 31st.
The pantry needs jelly, corn bread mix (Jiffy, etc), Tuna Helper, pasta and pasta sauce, canned soups, and second breakfast items like breakfast bars and Pop-tarts as our shelves need to be restocked to make more bags.
