Grateful 🙏🏻 for the opportunity to share the Gift 💝 of In-Person Yoga, at our soothing studio….with You!!!

If you haven’t been with us for awhile, we miss you and hope to meet again on our mats soon. 

If others have an interest in gentle mindful and accessible yoga, it would be a treat to share this practice with you. Cristal and I are blessed to have our mentor, Kristine Webber of Subtle Yoga, who prioritizes Whole-Being Wellness, which includes being together in a peaceful, safe and fun environment. 

We are currently studying and teaching Yoga for the Digestive System. We are aware many folks (us too) have digestive system challenges sometimes of over activity, sluggishness or both. 

This inspired us to create a special 4 week offering; Yoga for Digestive Health, February 6-March 2, 2023 during our regularly scheduled class times $60/4wks. 

Learn supportive ways to sooth and/or perk up your digestive system with us!!!!

We can’t wait to meet you on the mat and share this special style of yoga with a “Special You”. Our class sizes range from 6-14 participants with room for personal space and social distancing in our peaceful and soothing studio on Union Avenue.

Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Workshop

The hands-on practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help is uncomplicated, anyone can do it! Simply by placing your hands on the body’s energy source spots (Safety Energy Locks, SEL) we can awaken and harmonize our energy flow along energy pathways in the body. When one or more of these energy paths become blocked, this damming effect may lead to stagnation, discomfort or even pain. Practicing Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help can help dissolve energy blocks, creating an opportunity for self healing.
