May Program Announcement

ILEA-MSP is delighted to announce a special presentation by none other than Anthony Lambatos! Anthony grew up in the catering business working for his father and founder of Footers Catering in Denver, Colorado. Anthony and his wife, April, purchased the business in 2010 and have successfully made the transition to a second-generation family-owned business. With a focus on creating a great place to work, revenue has quadrupled since the purchase of the business. In 2019, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce named Footers Catering “Small Business of the Year” and they have been recognized as one of the best places to work in Denver by the Denver Post and Colorado Biz Magazine.

We’ll tackle key event areas from an A/V perspective, which are susceptible to pitfalls, such as Pre-Production, Venue, Presentation, and Budget, and discuss how to avoid or solve cringy issues.

ILEA MSP is now accepting submissions for the 2023 Minnesota Star Awards! We can't wait to see everything that our community has accomplished in 2022. Please review the Rules & Regulations carefully at the link below.

Early Bird pricing for submissions before 11:59 pm on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023, will be $65.00/entry.

Standard Submissions, and the final deadline for all award submissions, is 11:59 pm on Tuesday, February 5th, 2023 will be $95.00/entry.
