Podcasting, Seriously Newsletter from LWC Studios
Curated and written by Kori Doran.

January 19, 2023

Podcasters,
This week we've got resources for updating your equipment, outsourcing projects, and amazing new releases to satisfy your itch for international espionage, present-day journeys through our historical past, and insider secrets into the American college system.

Podhack

Whether you're looking to update your podcasting equipment on a budget, or starting a show for the first time, Riverside.fm has compiled a list of 2023's Best Podcast Equipment for Any Budget. The list includes podcasting basics such as microphones, headphones, recording software, mixers/audio interfaces, a camera (if recording), and other extras like pop filters, lighting, mic arms and shock mounts. Before making any investments in equipment, take a moment to think about your setup. Are you recording remotely? Will you be in a studio with others? Does the equipment need to be sent to guests? And for those looking for podcasting equiptment specifically under $100, there's a list for you too.
