HELLO FELLA : A FRESH START

Hey up, hope you all have had a great start to the year.
Not wanting to wish the year away already, but roll on spring! I’ve had enough of the cold and darkness!

In this month’s Fella Gazette we will show you what styles we think will be hitting our shops this year, as well as revealing our barber of the year, plus few other bits and bobs.

Be quick and don't miss: The last chance to grab a discount from our previous edition. Use Code JAN23 until 23rd January on hair bookings.

If you didn't catch that one? Grab a Brucey Bonus in the latest edition of 'cene Magazine for extra discount until end of February.

As always, thanks for supporting us and we look forward to seeing you soon.
Bobby and the team.

BOOK A CUT

KEEP THE LOOK GOOD : FIRSTHAND
FIRSTHAND : CLAY POMADE
Our strongest and most resilient product. Designed for easy on-the-go styling, it keeps your hair looking A+ all day. And if you're seeking added volume for your hair, the Clay Pomade will help turn it up to 11.
FIRSTHAND : CHARCOAL BODY CLEANSER
A gentle yet thorough cleansing solution - this activated charcoal cleanser effectively strips away excess oils and dirt on the body while chamomile extract and aloe vera soften and soothe the skin to leave you feeling revived and refreshed.
FIRSTHAND : ALL PURPOSE POMADE
Gentle on your hair, but firm on styling, the All-Purpose Pomade provides a low-shine high hold that'll last all day and can be restyled on the go.
FIRSTHAND : HYDRATING CONDITIONER
A blend of nourishing and moisturising plant & mineral-based ingredients to keep your hair light and smooth throughout the day. Great for daily use to maintain hair health.

 FELLA STYLE : 2023 TRENDS

New year... New me? Then these cuts are well worth considering!
Here are a few styles we predict to be big for the year ahead.

LONG & LIVED-IN
Long hair is back with a bang. We are seeing a huge rise in guys wearing their hair longer.
These heavily textured looks have a touch of the early 90s skater boy look about them. Mainly cut using a favourite tool amongst our barbers - the feather razor - this creates a much more lived-in look. We recommend using American Crew Matte Clay Spray (Available in store) or Firsthand Texturing Clay to finish.

MESSY MULLET
Who would have thought the mullet would ever return? Over the past few years we have seen a good few come through the door. What we are seeing now is more a nod to the early 2000s - think Beckham World Cup '02 rather than Waddle World Cup '90. There's a much more textured top and back, with shorter sides. Use American Crew Matte Clay to create the desired look.

TEXTURED FRINGE WITH FADE
For those that still love a skin fade - and there is a lot of you Fellas - this cheeky little twist on a French crop is the one for you.
Again a slight 90s feel with a good bit of length in the fringe, but very broken up and textured, complete with super short sides and back.
American Crew Boost Powder is perfect for this.

LISTEN UP : GOOD SHIP BREWDOG
"Punk" CEO James Watt built a £2bn business, then controversy struck. The Captain is accused of leading a culture of fear and more, so can he steer the Good Ship through the storm?
