This past Tuesday morning, Gideon's Army went to another level. 14 men gathered together in the church office for bible study and prayer. We read the word, discussed it, wept over it and then we prayed together before we left in a dozen different directions to start the day off in the right direction.
In my opinion, we have begun a new season of intercession and interaction. Who can attend? Any man who has a desire to be on fire for the Lord Jesus Christ. When do we meet? Every Tuesday morning at 6 - 7:00 am. Why is it called Gideon’s Army? Look up Judges 6:12 and you’ll discover the reason why.
March Gladness is just 5 weeks away as we will begin the entire month having different speakers each week. No doubt, the line up will light you up as I unveil it for you in the very near future. Revival can still happen and yes, dry bones can live again!
Lord willing, I’ll be here Sunday morning with a word from the Word of God. Bring your Bible, a notebook and Spirit filled passion to partner with your pastor as together, we put into practice the preached word of God. The Lord challenges each one of us to mix our faith with the life changing, life giving Word of God (Hebrews 4:12).
As we sang on this Sunday, “Give me Jesus…” Reason being, Jesus is Lord and He is sufficient for whatever trials that life throws in our direction. Pray for me and I promise you that I’ll do likewise.
