Warm hearts and full bellies for our seniors!
More than 200 seniors enjoyed a very special afternoon at Novotel Singapore on Stevens during Accor Solidarity Day!
The seniors enjoyed a sumptuous festive feast and exciting performances by Accor staff volunteers!
Other than making wonderful memories, the seniors also took home red packets!

Festive Cheers is a volunteer-led initiative by Central SG CDC and our corporate and community partners to celebrate and share the festive joy with vulnerable groups in the community.

Seniors ushered in the Year of The Rabbit at our Festive Cheer Chinese New Year luncheon. The high tea event marked our 12th year of partnership with Si Chuan Dou Hua.
Amidst savouring cuisines, the seniors sang and danced along to catchy Chinese New Year tunes performed live.
Seniors went home with goodies, red packets, freshly-packed fish and cookies and more!

The Temasek-Trust CDC Lifelong Learning Enabling Fund is a community fund to enable persons with disabilities to acquire vocational and living skills.
|
|
Expanded Learning Support for Persons with Disabilities
From now till 31 December 2023, persons with disabilities who are 16 and above can now apply for the newly expanded Temasek Trust – CDC Lifelong Learning Enabling Fund, and receive up to $1,000 in reimbursements.
With the newly expanded support, the fund can be used for:
- Learning Support Services for Daily Living and Work
- Training or Learning Course Fees (home-based or onsite)
- Extra-Curriculum Programmes (for full-time students)
- Specialised Transportation (to attend courses)
