Lisa Hendrickson is an award-winning innovative strategist, purposeful disruptor, and co-author of “Boom! Deciphering Innovation: How Disruption Drives Companies to Transform or Die.” An Inc. 500 and TEDx Speaker, known for her simple elegant solutions that address complex business problems. In her current role at S&P Global Sustainable1, Ms. Hendrickson work focuses on helping large multinationals fulfill on their ESG commitments. Prior, she was the COO of HCC, a pioneering values-driven sustainable design and manufacturing company located in NYC. Under her leadership, the company grew to become one of the fastest growing inner-city companies in America and a luxury market leader garnering numerous awards including an ICIC 100 award (a Michael E. Porter organization).
She is an Adjunct Professor at FIT where she is a founding member of the Sustainable Design Program and teaches The Sustainable Organization and The Purpose Driven Company.
