The year started of slooowly, but things seem to be picking up steam again.
How do I measure picking up steam - frequency with which our marketing team makes me pose with Oscar, my dog.
Tbh, I think they mainly want Oscar, but settle for me.

Short email this weekend, mainly cos most of the team is unwell / travelling, and they've all delegated upwards, so I've got my hands full.
