MAKE A DIFFERENCE TODAY
Wreaths Across Ripley County

In December, countless volunteers took the time to Remember those who served by placing a wreath on the graves of over 4,000 veterans laid to rest in Ripley County. The Ripley County Historical Society was the champion for Wreaths Across Ripley County because it assisted them in their efforts to update their historical records.

Thanks to a partnership with Wreaths Across America, an endowment fund was established which will provide support to our veterans, and will promote civics education in our schools TODAY, and FOREVER.

Mark your calendars for National Wreath Laying Day 2023

Staff Legacy Grant
The Staff Legacy Grant gives past employees of the Community Foundation the opportunity to choose a program to receive grant funding as a way to continue the staff's collaborative effort in philanthropy.
The 2022 Staff Legacy Grant was awarded to Genesis: Pathways to Success.  The funding will be used to provide camperships to underserved students for A Summer of STREAM allowing youth to have the opportunity to participate without financial restrictions.
