Hope Explored
Monday 2.30pm-4.15pm at GBC
A 3 session course on 30 January, 6 February & 13 February

Booking required

Looking at the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus in Luke's Gospel, HOPE EXPLORED shows that Christianity is about real hope: a joyful expectation for the future, based on true events in the past, which changes everything about my present.

Whatever people do or don't believe, this course offers an opportunity to explore, to discuss, and to discover the hope, peace, and purpose Jesus offers. Especially good for those who are exploring or new to faith, so do invite friends or neighbours as you feel led.

There will be a small cost to cover course materials (please have a word with Carolyn if this is a concern for you). Also contact Carolyn if you have any questions and to book.

Spring Toolbox Options
As well as details of the toolbox items mentioned above, a separate e-mail went out last week with full details of the Spring Toolbox programme. Some events started this week, others start next week and others later this term. Don't forget to check the options available!  There are lots of new options as well as some ongoing ones, including Bible Studies, Discussion Groups, Courses, Retreats and Worship.
Work and Pray at Grace Fellowship
Friday 27 & Saturday 28 January | 9.00am-1.00pm
We are so thankful to God for the gift of Grace Fellowship.  We now need to get it ready so we can begin to use it as God leads us. At our work parties on the above mornings we hope to achieve a lot of cleaning, sorting, moving stuff and various other tasks.  If you know you can come and help, for an hour or for the whole time, please let Daniel know. We also want to pray together on these mornings.  On Friday we will stop work at midday and go for a prayer walk together.  On Saturday we will begin the day with a prayer meeting at 9.00am before we start work.  Please do feel free to come and pray on either day even if you can't join the work party.
Stories of God at Work in 2022 - Annual Review
As we reflect on the past year, can we encourage you to share the times when God was especially close and evident to you and to those around you. We're starting to put together our Annual Review of 2022 and we want to celebrate stories of God at work in the lives of individuals and families in our congregations and communities and front line places. It would also be good to share hopes and dreams for this New Year!

Please contact Ruth Blakey if you would like more details. Our review of 2021 is available on our website. Please send any contributions or photos that we might be able to use for the 2022 review to Ruth. Thank you.
