International Holocaust Remembrance Day

This one day event will feature the touring exhibit HATE ENDS NOW, which takes visitors on a multimedia journey inside an exact replica of a cattle car used to transport Jews and other targeted groups to the concentration camps and includes an exhibit of historical artifacts. The public is also invited to visit the Frisch Family Holocaust Memorial Gallery and view the current exhibit, Art in the Holocaust.
Tours of the cattle car are scheduled in half-hour increments.
Reservations are highly encouraged.
Walkups are welcome as availability permits.

The Hate Ends Now tour, in partnership with Southern NCSY, is a cross-state tour organized in partnership between ShadowLight and Southern NCSY.

Holiday Gift Giving Wrap Up

Although 2022 proved to be a challenging year due to inflation and rising costs, our local community came through once again for our Holiday Gift Giving program, providing gifts for more than 1,500 JFCS clients who may otherwise have gone without.

Resisting Hate, Repairing the World

A grateful thank you to those who joined us for Resisting Hate, Repairing the World. We had a full house and those in attendance left with much to think about. This was JFCS' first community conversation held to address antisemitism and hate. We will be hosting more of these informative discussions with businesses, faith-based and community organizations throughout 2023.
