Here’s why RELEASING 2022 is thoroughly amazeballs and why you might want to consider being part of it!
~ What it is: RELEASING 2022 is a retreat to let go of the ish we need to let go of from 2022, celebrate and honor what is celebration-worthy from 2022, so we can create closure and make space for our our desires and dreams for 2023.
~ It will bring you clarity, insight, and awareness. We can get so caught up in the details of day-to-day living, of putting one foot in front of the other in order to survive that we simply forget to take care of the long view too. And then we don't take the time to mourn what needs to be mourned or celebrate the awesomeness...or to desire and dream.
~ It will give you a roadmap for 2023 and beyond. When you know your desires and dreams, you can figure out how to make them happen!
~ Acknowledging the hard *and* the awesome is essential for seeing things our lives and the world as it truly is: nuanced. Many of us tend to have a way we look at the world, either through a lens of cynicism or a lens of Pollyanna-ish positivity. Which means we are either only seeing the negative or only seeing the positive, when in truth, the world and our lives have both!
Remember my newsletter about my summer? I had to remind myself to see the nuance.
I’ve said this before and I'll say it again: seeing things as purely negative is a thought distortion, a distortion of reality just as much as seeing everything as positive.
Nuance is crucial, and something that is often lost in our culture of sound bytes and easy answers.
So let's honor all the nuance of 2022!
~ It will bring you abundance! When you have the clarity and the insight and the awareness, you know what actions to take to bring more abundance into your life! And then...YOU'LL DO IT!
