Ahimsa is a specialist organisation that provides a range of behaviour change interventions for those perpetrating domestic abuse to support them to build loving, healthy and non-abusive relationships.

Ahimsa’s ‘Inside Out’ is a new service, funded by Changing Futures, specifically for those aged between 18 and 25 years who are exhibiting abusive behaviours towards an intimate partner or their parents/family members.
The service will work with the young people to help provide them with the right tools to develop internal skills so that they can relate in a non-abusive and more loving way in all their relationships.

They can support 18 – 25 year olds who are able to accept a level of responsibility for their behaviours and have a willingness to commit and engage with the work on a regular basis.

The Inside Out team can also offer direct support to partners and parents or provide information on other sources of help available.

Further information is available on our website under 'the professionals’ tab at www.ahimsa.org.uk or email Natalie@ahimsa.org.uk for further information on eligibility and referrals.
