| Deacons’ FundThe Deacons Fund is alive and well at the First Presbyterian Church. We provide gas cards and emergency help to people who come to our church for emergency needs. There are Deacon Fund envelopes in the sanctuary pews. We greatly appreciate all donations. Please use the envelopes provided in the pews and the donations can be put in the offering plates during worship or mailed to the church office. Thank you for your generosity! | |

| Communion PreparersPreparing communion is an important but sometimes overlooked opportunity to participate in the life of the church and serve God. We are in need of additional volunteers to help prepare the elements for communion each month. Please sign up on the volunteer schedule bulletin board in the Welcome Center, or email Courtney in the office if you would like to help. Communion will be served on the second Sunday of each month. |

| Family Promise's First 2023 Baby Is Coming! In November we asked the Family Promise community to throw a baby shower for a beloved graduate mom, and she was thrilled with your compassionate and generous response! Another Family Promise mom is expecting a new baby this month. Like November's mom, she has little family support and is estranged from her baby's father. We hope you will play the part of friends and family for her. We've asked the mother to register for baby gifts on Amazon.com. If you click on the button below, it will take you directly to her virtual baby shower wish list. Any purchase you make will be delivered to our Day Center in Canandaigua, and we will get the gifts to the mother in our emergency apartment as soon as we receive them. Family Promise is also soliciting furniture and household items in excellent condition to set up four new emergency apartments, and we need gas / grocery cards to support the families in our care. Our gift card box is almost empty! Can you help? Thank you as always for your compassionate generosity! | |
