It’s a day in January, 20 something, 2023
and I want to make something perfectly clear right now, should have done this much sooner, but alas, I did not, so let's get this out there now to avoid any mishaps in the future. The fact of the matter is, if you notice a guy (or gal) with their fly / zipper down, UNZIPPED, for the love of all things that could go awry in such a situation, tell the person!! Just tell ‘em. Despite that potential accusation of why you were staring in that direction in the first place, YOU WEREN’T STARING, it was a glimpse and it was enough for you to see more than you had intended, and to keep that from happening to someone else (or a group of someone else's) , just politely tell the person. They're clearly unaware of their state of affairs in their nether region, so then, for things to stay intact, in place, tell 'em! Just tell 'em. Really is best for everyone. Avoids questions later, or answers to questions not even asked which we all know can be tricky. I know a guy that could have really benefitted from all this. Maybe next time.
Things to do takin' that winter stride...slower, cooler. Still plenty to do out there, just a little harder to get you up and out and off to an adventure when the weather is cold or it's snowing or raining or just being all January ..... but when God gives us a little break, I hope I have provided you with enough to keep your mind, body, and soul active and occupied and thirsting for more! No? Not quite at that point? That's fine. There's no rush. There's a train that leaves the station every 10 minutes on the mark and if you miss one, just stand by, there's another comin' ….I HEAR IT….and it’s 'round the bend!
Much to discuss, plenty of time to discuss it, but for the purposes of time, I will keep it on a short leash as to not interrupt any sort of leisure time you may or may not have planned with your spouse or neighbor (probably not both though... might be awkward.) Now, I would not be doing you a bit of good if I didn't tell about the Mill & Exchange at the Bakery District. We're close...REAL CLOSE.... like less than 2 weeks kind of close. The 3rd floor Mill is home to our creative and innovative co-working space in Downtown Fort Smith and it's really a site to see. Everything about it I love. From the HUGE crystal chandelier in the grand entry, to the custom desks and shelves that we're built utilizing old material from the remodel to the super cool furniture (and EVEN AN OLD PHONE BOOTH!) It's something for sure you're going to want to check out-- Ask me how. We'll take a tour.
