We are excited to announce a brand-new staff position at Ekone Ranch, and ask for your help finding just the right person for the role!
The Development Coordinator will work closely with our Executive Director, Shonie, to manage the systems, technology, communications, events, and logistics that comprises the behind-the-scenes of financial sustainability for the transformative work of stewardship and community that takes place on this land.
We think it's a pretty rad job. This person will get to live at beautiful Ekone Ranch, have a fabulous community of coworkers, get to know the wonderful circle of friends around this place, and grow a valuable fundraising skillset for job security forever. There will be spreadsheets! It will be fun!
(Obviously, we're looking for someone who is tickled by everything about the previous paragraph.)

The position will be open until filled, but the first round of applications will be reviewed on January 31, with initial interviews in early February and an ideal start date of March 1.
