Not surprisingly, the cost of food, gas, and overall stress were at the top of the list. We knew we wanted to help our staff in these areas but didn't know where to begin. A quick meeting with Traverse Connect soon put us on a path. We implemented programs to help with these pain points, aiming to make measurable changes, not just provide a quick fix."

We've hired a handful of employees that moved to Traverse City from other parts of Michigan and across the country.
