Conversation Café on Resilience in the Great Unraveling
Saturday, February 11 at 9–11am PST (UTC-8)
Following on from the rich exploration of Resilience for the Great Unraveling with Richard Heinberg, this Conversation Cafe will give us the opportunity to explore these concepts and questions more deeply and discuss how they can inform our service to the Great Turning, our work as WTR facilitators and participants and our engagement with resilience for all.
➡️ How has Homo sapiens, one species out of millions, become so powerful as to bring the planet to the brink of climate chaos and a mass extinction event?
➡️ Why have we developed so many ways of oppressing and exploiting one another?
➡️ Is it possible to change our relationship with power so as to avert ecological catastrophe, while also reducing social inequality and hence the likelihood of political-economic collapse?
Experienced and emerging facilitators, as well as WTR practitioners, are invited to come together to share your insights and learn from your community.
➡️ To participate, please watch the recording of the webinar: Resilience for the Great Unraveling with Richard Heinberg.
