This year's Equal Pay Day is Tuesday, March 14, 2023. This date symbolizes how far into the new year the average woman in the U.S. must work in order to earn as much as the average man did in the previous year.
In preparation for this year's Equal Pay Day, the PA Conference for Women is partnering with Indeed, the nation’s largest job search platform, on a survey to better understand women’s views of pay equity.
