 Congratulations to Ting Cui on her 12th place finish in Senior Women at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships! She skated two beautiful and inspiring programs in San Jose. We are so proud of Ting and all she has accomplished!
Spring Club Ice
Our winter club ice season ends on Sunday, February 19. Please note that Mt. Pleasant will be closed on Monday, February 20 for President's Day. Our spring club ice season begins on Thursday, February 23 and runs through Thursday, May 25. BFSC Fundraiser - March 13 at Chipotle
BFSC has organized a fundraiser on Monday, March 13, 4-8 p.m., at the Chipotle at 7711 Harford Road. Located less than 10 minutes from Mt. Pleasant, it is a convenient stop before or after club ice. 33% of our purchases will be donated to BFSC; in order to receive credit, either present this flyer (if ordering on site) or use code 43VMZFC (if ordering online).
Amazon has discontinued its Amazon Smile program, effective February 20. We thank everyone who made purchases through the program to benefit BFSC and we will continue to explore new fundraising opportunities.

Club Jacket Kickoff
 We have new club jackets! During this kickoff period, jackets are priced at a discounted rate of $70, with no shipping fees. Adult and child sizes are available. Save the Date: 2023 Chesapeake Open
 Planning for the 2023 Chesapeake Open, June 21-24 at The Gardens Ice House, has begun. We hope that many of our members will want to compete. Volunteers will be needed for ice monitoring, registration, hospitality, awards, and more. Watch for more details coming soon.
Elections Coming Soon: Seeking BFSC Board Members
The BFSC Board of Directors is a dedicated group of volunteers working together to support our members in their skating goals. Each year, the club elects board members for two-year terms. Skating Academy
Our next 7-week series will begin on March 13. The registration form will be posted on our website soon. Classes are on Mondays, 5:10-6 p.m., at Mt. Pleasant, and taught by BFSC coaches. Open to age 4 and up, including adults. Please spread the word among your friends and family members.
High School Skating
All high school students are invited to skate on Sundays at Mt. Pleasant, 5:15 - 6:10 p.m. Our next session starts on February 26 and runs through April 16. Cost is $70 per 7-week session, $13 walk-on per week. All levels welcome.
Texas Roadhouse Gift Card Fundraiser
BFSC is selling $25 gift cards to Texas Roadhouse as a fundraiser. 10% of the cost is donated to BFSC. You may purchase tickets during club ice times or email info@baltimorefigureskatingclub.com.
Congratulations, Ryan!
BFSC member and former Team USA competitor Ryan Dunk has been named to The Collaborative advisory board of the National Alliance for Eating Disorders. Ryan is currently a psychology research assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and plans to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
