Dearest readers,

I sent you an email on Thursday and it turns out many of you got malware warning emails, or it went to your spam box. I'm SO sorry! I promise it wasn't anything sketchy. It was just me telling you time was running out to join MYP before kick-off (more below—it's not too late!!).

As great as technology can be, it also can be a headache sometimes. (Nothing like it happening on the eve of a big day too!). Thanks for bearing with me through the twists and turns. I reset my newsletter settings with my domain, so fingers crossed this gets to you safely. 🤞

Here's this week's inspiration:

Watch.

I'm not sure how I started watching "The Hookup Plan" (Plan Coeur), but it's the real "Emily in Paris" about a group of French friends and the wild situations they find themselves in. Most of it revolves around helping Elsa get over her ex (how they do that is a funny twist). I love that it's fast-paced + short epsiodes, very French, and has a fantastic soundtrack. Note that there is a special "lockdown" episode between seasons 2 & 3 that I didn't know about until I thought I had finished it. And just as you start to get annoyed with the characters, they win you over again.

Listen.

Today is a full moon in Leo. (Heyy from this Leo rising 👋 🦁). While there will be a new episode out today (every Sunday), last week's Astrology of the Week Ahead with Chani Nicholas blew my mind and I had to listen twice. Many of the themes were about being honest and fully aligned with ourselves in order to step into our power. She talks about certain patterns in our lives that keep us from fully expressing ourselves, and for so long she resisted being an astrologer, hoping to find something "normal," but once she did everything fell into place. My Sunday evening ritual has become listening to the weekly readings, which are usually 15 minutes or less. If you subscribe to the app, you can listen to your rising sign too.

Read.

I was reminded of Making Ideas Happen by Scott Belsky during my MYP kick-off workshop. It's been awhile since I've read it, but one of the ideas that's always stuck with me is "returning to the archives." We're so quick to jump to the next thing, sometimes there's real power in remembering ideas we were pulled to do, or experiences we've already had rather than reinventing the wheel.

Mapping Your Path – LAST CHANCE!

The Mapping Your Path kick-off workshop took place on Friday, but the replay is online. It's not too late to join—but it will be soon. You can dive right in! I always say, there's no behind in MYP :)

This cohort has participants joining from Australia, New Zealand, Ghana, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Scotland, Switzerland, UK, and the US! This community is seriously one of a kind, and made up of magical humans! They'll help show you what's possible!!

ANYTHING is possible.

(Yes, even in 3 months! The secret is in the small steps. They all add up!)

The Feb–April 2023 Mapping Your Path is all about exploring the magic within to ignite what’s always been inside of you and itching to get out. This is about creative play, experimentation, and exploration, as we take intentional time to connect and reflect. We’ll see the blocks, fears, and limiting beliefs that have been getting in our way and rewrite the old stories as we step into our true, authentic selves.

It’s time to get out of your head, stop overcomplicating things, and make peace with not having it all figured out. You know there’s something more for you in this life — you can feel it. You don’t have to wait anymore. Now it’s time to take the first step. This will be FUN!

Learn more about MYP!
The first blocker I regularly encounter in MYP is perfectionism. So many of us get stuck in "good student" mode or were raised to be the "good girl/boy." Sometimes I hear that people don't sign up because they can't join all the calls live, or they think they have to know what they want to start.

This experience is designed in a way that no one is expected to show up perfectly. We're all human and people with busy lives. You have full permission to engage in the components that resonate with you, and leave the rest. MYP is a safe container to be yourself. I want you to be able to practice showing up imperfectly. This is about taking imperfect action. You don't have to do it all.

MYP isn't your typical workshop + community.

I don't care if you show up late to workshops or have to leave early. They're all recorded! (And some participants will be asleep during the calls, so they're used to watching the replays; others even prefer watching the replays so they can pause and take more time with the exercises).

In the Slack community no one is expected to read/follow every post. (That's my job—I'm highly engaged in the community space, and LOVE it! Unlike many programs, you can expect to engage directly with me. I'm here to support you every step of the way). So watch out for the stories you're telling yourself. And if you're not a fan of Slack, trust me, we use it differently in MYP—this will be FUN. (And if you're new to the platform, don't worry, I'll support you with that too!).

It's time to take a deep breath and remove the overwhelm. You deserve it. Follow the itch towards what you truly desire.

We can get stuck in black and white, either/or thinking, but the reality is that there's always another way. While MYP is an investment in yourself, extended payment plans are available to help make it more accessible. (If you're self-employed consider making it a business expense—that's how I roll in life ;) ).

PAST MYPERS HAVE:
  • Allowed themselves to slow down and rest

  • Pivoted and launched new businesses

3-MONTH WORKSHOP + COMMUNITY
February — April 2023

Doors close this week! Only a few spots remain.

Take me to MYP!
Signing up is the first step, and often the scariest. Don't worry, I'll be there to guide you every step of the way! Trust me. You deserve this. As one returning participant says, "MYP is my self-care." After the first workshop, a 1st time MYPer wrote me: "MYP rules. The channels. The energy. The people, of course mainly you for enabling it all. Wow!"

If you're feeling the itch, trust your gut. Questions? On the fence? Worried about timing? Hit reply! I'm happy to give you an honest reply. Just don't wait, because doors close SOON! Sometimes you need to start before you're ready...
Oh, and if you sign up for Mapping Your Path, you'll get complimentary access to my Write Your Own Rules workshop too! Double win! 🙌
The past few weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind and now that the MYP kick-off has taken place, I'm getting ready to cocoon and get to know the new MYP community. I'm gearing up for another couple weeks (or longer) social media break too. It always does me well to unplug and get comfortably uncomfortable finding other things to do rather than scrolling my phone.

I think one of my new projects is moving newsletter platforms to Substack. (Thursday's email debacle was good incentive). I like that it allows more engagement with readers too. Don't be surprised if my newsletter looks different when it arrives in your inbox next. I'm here to surprise myself too—HA!

I'm grateful for you. 🙏
Keep being an awesome human!!! 💗
P.S. I know there were a few extra emails during MYP launch—this is the last one. If it's not for you, move on, or better yet, pass it along to a friend! But if you're feeling the itch, I do recommend you trust it!

You're welcome to unsubscribe to this newsletter at any time if you're not feeling it. No feelings hurt :)
