We've been sticking close to home for the last while, as touring is a risky prospect these days. However, we miss our adventures on the road, and hope to get back to them before too much longer. (See below for more news on that.)
If you want to connect sooner, we'll be the song leaders on Carpe Diem's Daily Antidote of Song on March 10. Jane will also be leading this Friday, February 10. You can join in from wherever you are & sing along! Participation is free/by donation.
We are also continuing our online classes, so perhaps we'll see you there as well.

HELP! Protest US Visa Fees
US Customs & Immigration is proposing a HUGE increase to visa fees for Canadians touring south of the border. This will make it almost impossible for Gathering Sparks to play shows in the US. In the big picture, it will have a severe negative impact on our entire music eco-system since the international folk scene thrives on cross-border pollination.

This wonderful Zoom community offers a song every day at noon ET. Gathering Sparks will be the song leaders on Friday, March 10. Join in from anywhere and sing along with You're My Sister (as part of Women's History Month in the US).
Jane will be leading on February 10 as well!
