Yeah..me too! 🙋‍♀️

Learning to love and appreciate your body is a life long journey because our bodies are always changing.

Sometimes it feels like the moment I find acceptance and love for myself, something new arises for me to start the whole process over again...

...whether its a new part of my personality I am just discovering or, more recently, a mole I was terrified was something more. 😳

Honestly, fear and anger towards my body were felt every day.

And then guilt for not loving it after all these years of inner work and more fear knowing that these emotions weren't conducive for it's healing.

It felt like a constant battle in my brain so I turned to the one thing I know always helps it relax and shift my thoughts...EFT TAPPING!

Every morning I spent a few minutes sending my body love, thanking it for all it does, and reminding myself how powerful it truly was. 

For those few moments during my tapping and breath work, I felt nothing but love and gratitude towards this meat suit carrying my soul! ✨

I went from being afraid of my body to in awe of it's wisdom, all the things it allows me to do, and how much it does for me every single day!

Honestly, I am not sure how I would have made it through the past 6 months if it weren't for all the mindset and emotional regulation practices I have.

So I wanted to share this one with YOU <<First Name>>! 

Because we all have those bad body image days, but your body still deserves love & appreciation! SAVE this video for one of those days or do it every day like I have been this past month!

Your Inner Work for the Week:

💖 Stand in front of your mirror and slowly go up your body finding gratitude for what each part allows you to do! For example, you may be grateful your feet allow you to walk or your stomach for digesting food to extract nutrients your body needs. Watch the video above for more ideas and tips like this!
