The following is a listing of all Seasonal positions available through the Bellevue Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department. Please note all positions can be applied for at any time of the year. Summer Camp Counselor The Camp Counselor is responsible for supervising camp participants during course of the day. Camp Counselors plan and coordinate daily recreational activities for program participants. Counselors are responsible for providing a safe, fun, and comfortable atmosphere for all, while instilling the six pillars of character. Public Works/Parks Maintenance Laborer Our seasonal employees are essential to meet a variety of seasonal summer and fall duties. Seasonal employees assist regular staff from mid-May through mid-September, depending upon assigned tasks. Positions may provide up to 40 hours per week for up to 6-months of continuous employment. Additional hours may be available before May 1st and after mid-September. Applicants with more limited availability are still encouraged to apply. Parks Intern An intern with the Village of Bellevue Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department will receive a well-rounded internship experience in a growing, progressive community. The intern will be exposed to and gain experience in programming, marketing, personnel supervision, facility operation and financial management. The intern will assist with the administration, supervision, and leadership of park and leisure service-related functions such as, but not inclusive to: youth, adult and older adult programming, community special events, park maintenance operations, park planning, urban forestry administration, and general office administration.

SPRING PRIMARY - VOTING BY ABSENTEE BALLOT

Absentee Voting by Mail You may request an absentee ballot online at MyVote.WI.gov/en-us/Vote-Absentee-By-Mail. Absentee ballot applications may also be submitted in person, by mail, or by fax. Your written request must list your voting address within the municipality where you vote, the address where the absentee ballot should be sent if different and your signature. Important: - You may no longer return your ballot in any drop boxlocated at any Village of Bellevue facility. The drop box at 2828 Allouez Ave is for utility bills/property taxes. The drop box at 3100 Eaton Rd is for court fines only.
- You may no longer return a ballot for another individual, even if that individual lives within your household (i.e., spouse, child).
- Ballots can only be mailed or returned by the voter; no one else may return your ballot; however, if you are a voter who, because of disability, cannot personally mail your ballot. In that case, the voter can receive assistance in dropping off or mailing their ballot by a person of their choice; the person cannot be their employer or agent of that employer, officer, or agent of the voter’s union.
In-Person Absentee Voting In-person absentee voting begins on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 When: February 7-17, 2023 Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Friday, 2/17 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Where: Village Offices (2828 Allouez Ave.) For additional information on voting in the Village of Bellevue, please visit our Voting & Elections webpage.
