Hi friend,

During the 2022 election season, Unstoppable Voters set out to make civic engagement as joyful, vibrant, safe, powerful, accessible, inspiring, and irresistible as possible through special programs like our Fellowship and Action Accelerator. This was a big, challenging (but very fun!) mission we learned so much from — so much so that we can’t keep the takeaways to ourselves!

So, join us online on February 9th for Whales, Witches, and Wonder, where you’ll hear from five of the fiercest voting champions we worked with last year, including:

Jeanine Abrams McLean of Fair Count — a civic rockstar whose support of C4AA is beautifully unwavering;

Aileen Loy of Fair Count — a daring creative with imagination and whimsy that leaves me in absolute awe;

Abdul Dosunmu of Young Black Lawyers’ Organizing Coalition — a tireless leader and one of the most captivating speakers I’ve heard;

Becky Bullard of Democrasexy — a complete badass who holds such ability and spirit to truly make democracy sexy; and

Andrew Dinwiddie of Democrasexy — a devoted, thoughtful, deeply engaged soul with inspiring adaptability and commitment.

These incredible activists dreamt wildly and really transcended what many understand artistic activism to be — all while they utilized joy, mystery, irresistible imagery, and more in their successful voting actions. You won’t want to miss hearing from them and how you, too, can make your activism more creative and impactful.

See y’all there!

And if You’re in Wisconsin — Get Ready to Vote!

There are really important elections coming up this spring in Wisconsin, and as our Unstoppable Voters 2022 Fellow Alannah Ray reminded us, today is the last day that you can register to vote online!

Register to vote in Wisconsin here

What are the important elections coming up? Contests for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Circuit Courts, and other special elections and local races.

Don’t think these elections are important? The Wisconsin Supreme Court is likely to consider abortion access, voting rules, gun issues, LGBTQ+ rights, and so much more in the coming years. So if there’s an issue you care about, you do care about these races. Don’t believe us? Take this quiz to test your knowledge about how important state supreme courts can be.

How much do you know about the Wisconsin State Supreme Court?

(And if you miss the Wednesday online registration deadline, you can still register to vote in person at an early voting site, at your municipal clerk’s office, or at your polling site on Election Day — so you’ll still be able to vote in Wisconsin’s primaries on February 21 and the general on April 4 😌 )

Support Artistic Activism

Our work would not be possible without the support of our community. As an ever-growing force for social change, we need YOU to join us. Will you consider supporting artistic activism across the country and around the world with a gift today? — Every single contribution is meaningful.

Make a difference!
