The start of 2023 has filled us with anticipation for what lies ahead for our products, NetsPresso, Nota DMS, and Nota ITS.
We look forward to introducing you to more exciting news from Nota as we progress further.

Ever since the introduction of NetsPresso® in August 2022, the hardware-aware AI model optimization platform has gone through several upgrades. This has made the platform more versatile, as it now supports Arm Corstone-300, the first of its kind in the deep learning industry, as well as NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin™.
Furthermore, its sub-module, Model Searcher, can now be utilized for image classification and semantic segmentation and it can also be used to create and refine models for regular computer vision activities. Model Compressor is also compatible with PyTorch models, which further enhances its user experience.

Nota DMS, our driver monitoring system solution, provides AI models tailored for the target hardware, particularly NPUs, in order to accommodate the needs of customers and the industry. The solution was displayed at CES 2023, which gave us the chance to collaborate with multiple customers.
🎯 What lies ahead for Nota DMS in 2023
- Initiating projects using AI tailored for hardware on a unit-by-unit basis, with the main goal being to penetrate significant market sectors
- Increasing support for hardware to meet pre and post market requirements
- Taking proactive measures for business development based on the recently fortified hardware support

Last year, Nota ITS, our sophisticated intelligent transportation system solution, achieved considerable success both in our country and abroad. Specifically, in the domestic scene, we began building an AI-based safety crosswalk in Daejeon City, while internationally, it was chosen to be a trial operator in Milton Keynes new city region in the United Kingdom.
🎯 What lies ahead for Nota ITS in 2023
- Improving the performance of three existing products, AI Traffic Camera, AI Safe Crossing, and AI Traffic Signal Control, and expanding the capabilities to monitoring outdoor parking lots and recognizing license plates
- Developing models optimized for the ITS industry to detect and track vehicles and pedestrians and to generate traffic information such as traffic volume, speed, and queuing patterns
- Developing plans to enhance the safety of all road users, including pedestrians and drivers
- Applying data anonymization for privacy protection

The most recent update to NetsPresso includes four new features that enhance the user experience. These features have been implemented into the sub-modules of NetsPresso, Model Searcher, Model Compressor, and Model Launcher, and the Dataset Validator. Notably, this update has brought support for NVIDIA's latest hardware, Jetson AGX Orin™.
Let’s take a closer look.
1️⃣ Model Searcher has recently upgraded to include ShuffleNet v2+ and MixNet for image classification and SegFormer for semantic segmentation
2️⃣ Model Compressor is now equipped to work with ViT, a transformer-based classification model
3️⃣ Both Model Searcher and Model Launcher can be used on the new NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin™
4️⃣ Dataset Validator is able to process ImageNet format for image classification and U-Net format for semantic segmentation

📺 CES 2023
Nota AI was present at CES 2023 which took place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 5th to January 8th. It was a grand occasion following the emergence of the coronavirus pandemic and we were able to display our AI optimization technology and edge AI solutions to the public. We also had the opportunity to meet with our partners at the exhibition area and set up the grounds for beneficial partnerships.🙂
