Big Bash League Final

Melbourne, 4 February
 
The twelfth Big Bash League comes to its conclusion with the final on 4th February. One week later the first edition of the SA20 league will crown its first winner on 11th February.
Six Nations

Europe, 4 February - 18 March
 
The Six Nations tournament gets underway with the rugby union teams from England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Italy and France all playing each other across five match weekends. France are the current champions and Ireland are the marginal favourites.
Alpine Skiing World Championships

France, 6-19 February
 
The Alpine Skiing World Championships, taking place in Courchevel and Meribel, will have Men and Women competing in the Combined, Super G, Downhill, Parallel, Team Parallel, Slalom and Giant Slalom events.
Boston Celtics v Philadelphia 76ers

Boston, 8 February
 
There are some big games in the NBA in February, with playoff positioning coming into focus. The Celtics face the 76ers on the 8th with a reverse fixture on the 25th, the Milwaukee Bucks host the Celtics on the 14th, then also on the 25th, the Memphis Grizzlies play the Denver Nuggets.
India v Australia Test Series

India, 9 February - 13 March
 
February sees the start of a four Test series in India with Australia travelling to India for a Test series for the first time since February 2017. Later in the month will see the start of the England two Test series in New Zealand.
Waste Management Phoenix Open

Scottsdale, 9-12 February
 
The PGA Tour has many exciting tournaments coming up in February. The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am takes place from 2nd to 5th February, followed by the Waste Management Phoenix Open from 9th to 12th February, then The Genesis Invitational runs from the 16th to 19th February.
Women's T20 World Cup

South Africa, 10-26 February
 
In the Women's T20 World Cup, hosts South Africa will open the tournament playing against Sri Lanka at Newlands Cricket Ground. The Final will take place on Sunday 26th February at Newlands.
Start of Vitality Netball Superleague

United Kingdom, 11 February
 
The Vitality Netball Superleague is back in the UK with the top ten netball teams competing to be the 2023 Champions. The Grand Final will take place on 11th June.
UFC 284: Makhachev v Volkanovski

Perth, 12 February
 
In the main event of UFC 284, Lightweight champion Islam Makhachev will fight current Featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski for the Lightweight title.
Super Bowl LVII

Glendale, 12 February
 
The NFL season draws to its conclusion with the Philadelphia Eagles from the NFC conference taking on the Kansas City Chiefs from the AFC conference to claim the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
Paris Saint-Germain v Bayern Munich

Paris, 14 February
 
There will be some tightly fought matches as the UEFA Champions League heads into the Round of 16. On the 14th, Paris Saint-Germain play Bayern Munich and AC Milan face Tottenham Hotspur, on the 15th Borussia Dortmund play Chelsea and the week after on the 21st, Liverpool go up against Real Madrid.
Arsenal v Manchester City

London, 15 February
 
In the Premier League both Arsenal and Manchester City are fighting for the top spot. This match will be their first meeting in the league. Elsewhere, the FIFA Club World Cup final will take place in Morocco on 11th February.
SailGP

Sydney, 18-19 February
 
The Australian SailGP heads to Sydney Harbour for the ninth event of Season 3. Australia are currently leading the overall season standings over New Zealand in 2nd and Great Britain in 3rd. 
Dubai Tennis Championships

Dubai, 19-25 February
 
As part of the WTA Tour, the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships draws top players from all over for this outdoor hardcourt tournament. Elsewhere around the world, from the 3rd to 5th February, teams will be participating in the Qualifying Rounds and World Group Play-offs for the Davis Cup
Carabao Cup Final

London, 26 February
 
Wembley Stadium will host the Carabao Cup Final on the 26th February. The Scottish League Cup final is also on 26th February with Rangers playing Celtic in Glasgow.
