There is nothing better than sitting here at my desk, listening to some classical cello concert (Luigi Boccherini’s Concerto n.9 in B-Flat Major) and writing the first newsletter editorial of the year. It’s freezing outside, and the office is half empty because there’s a train strike, and no one dared to pick the car and drive to work. The release of Strategic Command’s first-ever DLC (Strategic Command American Civil War - War in the Americas) was smooth last week, and wargamers are dropping their first feedback in the forums. We’re back after a solid two weeks of holiday and a few weeks of setting things up. It’s great.
