To assist all delegates in their preparations for Diocesan Convention and to encourage all members of the Diocese to learn a little more about our common life and ministry, we are offering an online pre-Convention orientation meeting on four different days ahead of Convention, starting tomorrow.

Margaret Rutherford of St. Stephen's, Goldsboro is working with a grant through the License to Give Foundation and the Duke Endowment providing communities of faith with free resources for Congregational Care and Advanced Care Planning. She is graciously sharing this information with us for our Diocese, and what a fantastic opportunity for free programming! See the flyer about the two programs here, and reach out by June 30th to take advantage of this free opportunity for your congregation.

  • Happening 79, Grades 9-12, at Trinity Center, March 3-5. Deadline for Team Applications (youth or adult) is FRIDAY, January 27thSee here for details and to register.
  • New Beginnings 56, at Trinity Center, April 21-23. Team Applications and Registrations are available online and are due by March 13th. The required team meeting is March 18th. Participant registration (youth or adult) deadline is April 3rd. See here to learn more and register.
