Dear WCFR Supporters,
The "WCFR Bikes for Kids" Project sponsored by Waste Connections Inc. is an initiative of the WCFR Health Education Program. The WCFR Health Education Program goals are: to increase awareness of fatal health conditions, promote healthy lifestyles and improve community health. We are grateful to have had the support of Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church since this project was initiated in December 2019.
The purpose of the "WCFR Bikes for Kids" Project is to distribute bikes to kids free of charge to motivate them to keep active. The brand new bikes are usually raffled out at events held in Rockland, NY. WCFR has distributed twenty-eight bikes since 2019.
WCFR held eight "WCFR Bikes for Kids" Project giveaways to distribute the twenty-eight bikes. The first "WCFR Bikes for Kids" Project giveaway was held at Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church for our two 9-year-old ambassadors Jaiden and Janelle. This was a surprise for them and we were so glad to see how excited they were about their new bikes and helmets.
A total of twenty-two bikes were distributed at Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Spring Valley, NY. Three bikes were distributed at Ramapo High School in Spring Valley, NY. Three bikes were distributed at Nyack Center in Nyack, NY. We love to make the kids smile. Special thanks to Waste Connections Inc. for sponsoring this project and to Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church for their continued support in meeting our mission "to prevent deaths worldwide through education and training".

BREAKING NEWS! Our very own WCFR Founder & President, Dr. Jacqueline Cassagnol, PhD, MSN, RN defended her dissertation and earned her PhD in Nursing at Pace University. We congratulate her on this major accomplishment. A PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) is a doctoral research degree and the highest level of academic qualification you can achieve. According to the US Census Bureau, only 1.2% of the US population has a PhD. This makes having a PhD very rare. We are very proud of all Dr. Jacqueline Cassagnol’s accomplishments. Learn More →

The Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) presented a $14,000 check to WCFR from the MRCC 31st Annual Golf Outing & Humanitarian Dinner on September 13th, 2022 Honoring Sabrina HoSang Jordan, CEO of Caribbean Food Delights & Benefiting Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. was founded in September 2011 with a mission “to prevent deaths worldwide through education and training”. We are very proud that our programs have proven to empower individuals in their own community and save lives. WCFR has educated and trained over 425,000 people worldwide. It has been very exciting working with colleagues, friends, volunteers, partners, donors, and thought leaders to meet our mission. Although, we are currently focused on the U.S. and Haiti, our long term goal is to cover the entire globe. This is only our beginning.
