Registration Open: Improving the Patient Experience Through Strategic Change Management

The Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA) is pleased to present the Improving the Patient Experience Through Strategic Change Management five-part webinar series. This series will also focus on the functional and systems level elements essential to an effective patient satisfaction program and the collection and utilization of patient satisfaction and experience data to drive quality. Each session will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Our presenter for this series will be Shannon Nielson, MHA, PCMH CCE.

The opener of the series, How to Measure Patient Satisfaction, will be on Tuesday, February 21, as  participants will learn how to:
  • Effectively measure patient satisfaction
  • Utilize patient satisfaction data and create actionable patient experience data to drive change
  • Effectively share patient satisfaction data
  • Discover strategies to collect patient satisfaction data
Other dates include February 28, March 7, March 21 and March 28.

Staff from the areas of clinical, quality improvement, data and enabling services are highly encouraged to attend.

The cost is $28 for a MPCA member and $56 for a non-member.
