Show your local library some love

Subiaco Library is inviting readers to go on a blind date with a book to celebrate Library Lovers' Day on Tuesday 14 February.

Library Lovers' Day is a day to celebrate libraries, library staff, and of course, books!

Subiaco Library's 'Library Lovers' display features a collection of the library staff's all-time favourite reads...with a literary twist. All of the books are wrapped in brown paper, and are each labelled with a short poem to give readers a sneak peek of what may be inside.

Members of the public are also invited to contribute their own sonnet, limerick or haiku about their favourite book to add to the display.
