After getting a few months off from recording, editing, and uploading every last one of the marching band performances, I'm scrambling to pull together Penncrest's Jazz Night this Saturday, and need your help!

This is our event, so it's up to us to make sure all the positions are filled and donation requests met! There's something for everyone.
- We need bodies for 2 hour shifts during the event: Concessions, ticketing, student meal, etc. Grab a buddy and hang out while helping the band!
- Gift cards or donations: What is listed is what we need! I did a ton of research and calculations to get the food quantities accurate so that we don't end up with waste. I also ordered all the chips and candy from Amazon because prices were significantly better than Acme/Costco. We have 50% more bands and are asking for fewer items this year, so your gift cards and donations are important.
- Sponsors: Can we have a volunteer to call last year's sponsors to see if they want to advertise again this year?
- Sponsors II: Can you ask your most frequented business if they'd like to sponsor our show? Sponsors get promotion at the show and on our website/newsletters/groups for 1 month. Details here.
- Calling all bakers and cooks! It's cold out; get your bake on! We have about half the baked goods slots still available. Also, does anyone want to practice for the Super Bowl and cook 9 lbs. of taco beef? Seriously, it's for the
walking swinging tacos.
- Donut delivery: We're looking for someone to pick up and deliver 48 donuts. You choose where: Linvilla cider donuts, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin, whatever you like.
