Region Championships, Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th February, Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre (SOPAC)
A reminder that there will be no usual Saturday morning competition this Saturday due to the Region Championships. We will return next weekend 11th February.
NRCLAC has 125 athletes competing in 303 events over the weekend. We wish all our athletes the best of luck in their events.
Our Team Managers for the weekend are Janet and Carwyn. Please ensure you check in with them on arrival each day.

PARENT DUTIES
We still have 14 parent duties that need to be filled. The carnival cannot run without the help of volunteers. Each family with a child a Region must sign up for a parent duty.

Please ensure you attend your parent duty. Visit Carwyn and Janet approximately 30 minutes before your duty to check in and receive your helper lanyard.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TIMES OF YOUR DUTIES ARE ESTIMATES. YOUR DUTY IS FOR THE EVENT LISTED.
NB: Parent helpers - You must wear closed shoes while on the oval (NO bare feet / thongs / sandals). Remember to wear a hat and take a drink bottle with you on the oval. Start times are definite.
UNIFORM
Full centre uniform must be worn by all athletes in all events.
- Registration number must be displayed in full including the McDonalds logo and red border
- Coles patch is to be placed on the right shoulder of the competition singlet/top if available from your club. If you do not have a Coles patch, please see Carwyn and Janet.
- Age patch can be worn on either the competition singlet/top or on the shorts but must be placed on the left-hand side
We strongly recommend that you check each athlete uniform before you attend marshalling. If your child does not have the correct uniform in the marshalling area, they will be sent back to the centre tent to get it corrected. The event will not wait for them, so there is a risk an athlete may miss their event.
