If you haven’t tried this journaling technique for finding limiting beliefs yet, it is going to blow your mind with how simple it is! Just write whatever pops in your head (words, phrases, experiences, etc) when you hear the words:
> Health
> Love
> Money
> Relationships
> Family
> Career
> Life
> My future
> (feel free to add any topics you want to dive further into in your own life!)

Now re-read whatever you wrote next to those words and ask yourself “is this in alignment with the life I want to live? Does this feel empowering or limiting?”
