Our Standard Cut List was crafted to give you a variety of different cuts. Personalize your 1/2 Hog with the following options - at no added charge:
Choose bone-in or boneless pork chops
Choose your chop thickness
Grind the ham for more sausage
Get uncured pork belly or fresh side instead of bacon
Choose up to 4 different sausage varieties with no quantity minimums
Choose to take organ meat, leaf fat or bones for no additional fee (Liver, Heart, or Ham Hocks)

Home delivery is included for any address in Springfield, Ozark, Nixa, Willard or Republic.
I bring your order, pre-sorted & labelled, right to your home. You’ll be closing the freezer in less than 10 min after I arrive. Choose farm pick up and get a discount on your order!
