Parents' Club Updates
For our new families and our current families who might have forgotten, all St. Andrew's parents (from our littlest Honeybees to our tallest 8th Graders) are automatically members of the Parents' Club.
The Parents' Club exists to foster the relationship between our parents and the School, and to support and appreciate our faculty and staff.

Re-enrollment is very important in planning for the following school year. The deadline to re-enroll is as follows:

PK4-Grade 8
Wednesday, February 8, 2023 re-enrollment contracts must be completed along with a non-refundable deposit.
If you have not re-enrolled yet, please do so as soon as possible.

CARDINAL CAMP REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
We are very excited to announce that registration for our summer camp is now up and running! Camp will be open to students entering Kindergarten through 5th grade (current PK4 through 4th grade students). We are offering four sessions in June and 2 sessions in July. Space is limited. Cardinal Camp runs from 8:45am – 3:30pm daily. For an additional fee, we offer before care from 7:45-8:45 and after care from 3:30-4:30 or 3:30-5:30. This year, on Wednesdays, camp will offer a special activity including laser tag or a video game truck. Please note that all campers must be pre-registered before coming to camp (no walk up registrations allowed).

They Honeybees 2 students are making birthday cards for our friends that are turning 2 years old this week!

The Tadpoles 2 are super excited learning about magnets! We love watching community helpers.

The Kinderbears learned how to draw and color the hibiscus, Ghana’s national flower!
|

In Spanish class, the First Graders learn about food vocabulary and play "I spy" using the picture dictionaries.
The Seventh Graders practice speaking skills outside. Hablamos sobre el invierno. We chat about things we do in the winter. ¿Te gusta tomar chocolate caliente en invierno?
We acted out a skit riding the school bus in Fourth Grade Spanish class. Everyone wants to be the conductor del autobus.
Fifth Graders have a friendly competition to practice family words. La familia means family.

Lower School and Pre-Kindergarten 4 music classes had fun with belly breathing for singing as well as singing and playing songs with do-re-mi-sol-la.

The 8th Grade class gave a presentation on the Great Migration during Morning Exercises and worked on their labor strikes projects this week.

2023-2024 Frances Joseph Gaudet Scholarship Application - Due February 3, 2023
The purpose of the Gaudet Scholarship Program is to advance the education of black African American students by providing need-based partial scholarships for attending primary and secondary schools that offer rigorous curricula in preparation for entry to and completion of college. Any interested African American parents and/or prospective parents are encouraged to apply.
